Yes, that grandfather clock is in a room just outside the Hase-Dera temple (http://www.burgessbroadcast.org/japan/2001/011_Kamakura/013_Hasedera/) in Kamakura. I photograph it every time I go there. It's also on the back sleeve of 'Forbidden Software Timemachine', in a pixelated drawn version.

the hat over the eye style is very funky fresh. I miss japan so but it will be Thailand for me, next month, Buddha-licious and sticky zen. There does seem to be a strain of Japanese porn devoted to girls clasping the guy's penis between their feet and jiggling him off.
