I've moved to a 6000 square foot warehouse in East Williamsburg. I'll be living here, with five other artists and Lovecraft the kitten, until the end of May.

Somehow it feels very Berlin!

i have recently added you - i hope you don't mind! - but i have to say that kitten lovecraft is too cute. the new place looks great, though i haven't seen the other. it is good for artists to have space in which to expand!

..speaking of housing, Know anyone that needs a room in the LES (Broome St., 1 block from Congee Village!) for $1200 including utilities starting on April, May, or June 1?

I'm looking for a roomie!

Want to make an appointment? Some other things I should mention is that I'm looking for a quiet, stable, non-smoker, no pets.

honestly, i was just scrolling down and only really noticed the kitten pic. i must therefore conclude that your post was somehow related to this kitten, and how cute it is. go you.

And just to add to the German feeling, you all should make some improv music directly to tape (or hard drives) like kraut rockers!

There are two crazy Italians here who make music with photo-electric cells. I already "collaborated" with them by taking a flash photo of their space, which set off a note from their musical machines!

Doesn't involve light sensors affixed to a cathode ray tube, does it? Might be interesting to see which movies are the most "melodic."

Hey, I have a terribly practical question for you. Is it okay if I buy your records off of iTunes--in other words, do you get paid? Thanks for answering this boring but terribly practical question of mine.

Looks very much like a set for a film or tv series. Perhaps you can do a Dogville-esque movie in between writing songs and telling jokes! :)
