I'm about to head out to make a New York podcast, fired up by the new feature in iTunes which allows you to subscribe to and manage podcasts. (To add iMomus podcasts to your podcast list go to the "Advanced" menu in iTunes, choose "Add podcast" and type or paste in "http://www.imomus.com/momusradio.rss".)

In the meantime, here's a curious and ingenious Flash game called Tetka, made by some Russian sadist. It's a kind of Tetris, I guess, but with a semi-naked, oddly floppy and bendy woman instead of a cube. Tetka falls, corpselike, from bouncy bubble to bouncy bubble, often getting her ankles all wrapped up in her ears in the process. After playing for a while (quite a long while, the game is curiously erotic) I discovered that if I held the alt key down, clicked and dragged Tetka, I could wiggle her body around or suspend it in space. The simplest games are always the most compelling, and this game (unscored, although not completely lacking in motivational factors) combines the relaxing appeal of Tetris with the sadistic lure of a God Game. Here, though, God really is a tender pervert.

I've found this game shortly after a discussion about Tetka, and it's similar but a bit more involved. It's two games from the "Dismount" series,
Image Truck Dismount (http://jet.ro/dismount/rekkaturvat/download.cgi?zip), in which you simply modify the placement or even existennce of two ramps, the velocity of a truck, and the placement of a DJ in or on that truck, and you do your best to wound him as much as possible in the ensuing collision with an immobile wall.

Previous to that game, and perhaps more enjoyable for the pure simplicity of it, is
ImageStair Dismount (http://taat.fi/taat/porrasturvat/porrasturvat102.zip). You control the force and angle at which a ragdoll is hit, and proceed to knock it down the stairs, inflicting as much damage as possible.

Beyond that is the pure-ragdoll action of Dismount Levels (http://jet.ro/dismount/), a platform game based off the physics engine of these first two games, but with control more akin to Tetka.

All do a fairly good job of providing simple, intuitive, and precise control, the hallmark of any truly great game.

Those games seem to be PC only.
