My latest Frieze column sees me downloading 20GB of blockbuster art television series from filesharing services and pondering whether art has outlived TV -- whether the paint tube has outlasted the cathode ray tube.

Date: 2008-05-24 02:38 am (UTC)One time, we ran into a woman who was a HUGE Hillary supporter. When my daughter heard she was supporting Hillary she (spontaneously) said: "Hillary Clinton, thumbs down! Barack Obama thumbs up!" The woman quickly shut the door.
In the following pictures (taken at a precinct captains meeting), I'm telling Obama about this and he's pointing to my daughter saying, "That girl is going to get me some votes."
This next photo was when I met Hillary Clinton at the beginning of the campaign in April 2007. This is when everyone was telling her she should say her Iraq vote was a mistake and she was refusing.
In this photo I've stopped her along a rope line, asked her to take a picture, and right before it was taken I said: "Smile and say mistake." She was not happy. Oh, and she has cold hands.
