Holler and scream

At Tate Modern's turbine hall, with Carsten Holler's chutes in the background.

Did I slide down them? Nope. I don't like to holler.

London show?

Are performing anywhere in London this time around?

Thanks.

There'll be a Tate Britain show in early January. I'm also doing a lecture at the Ikon Gallery in Birmingham in November, and possibly an unreliable tour of the Royal College of Art the same month.

Can you actually slide down them? Because that would be brilliant; an artistic playground.

you certainly can (http://www.tate.org.uk/modern/exhibitions/carstenholler/visitinginfo.shtm)

Perhaps you don't like to holler verbally (and neither do I) but you certainly do preform the sartorial version of the scream. Not that this is a bad thing, just an observation.

My granny's actually. She used to wear it "ben the kirk" and hid her pan-drops there for safe-keeping.

Utterly dreadful. Angering. The Tate has too much money. Does The Guardian review Drayton Manor? No. Does Newsnight Review visit Alton Towers? No. Does Click Opera come live from Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach? No. Does no-one notice (or really care) that there is none, nil, zero artistic impetus behind this apart from some claptrap dreamed up post-signing of cheques. 'Oh. In the future we might all use tubes as transport.' This 'artwork' goes as deep as horseshit, which is just as much fun to play in. Fill the Tate with the homeless.

personally, I like that space between the ankle and the shoe showing skin, it seems like an "interesting" line to keep, noting that, I did happen to buy a few pairs of "shorts" that were far too long and almost just above my ankle.. it's ease suits my style... I wish that those "Chinese" type shoes were easier to find again, because I like that length of short (if you could call it that) with that type of shoe.. even your "clogish" shoes look good with it.
