Those phrases sound very Babelfish-esque.

The plan is that I send an e-mail a day to the gallery with a phrase, and the gallery sends me an e-mail a day with reactions. That's the theory; in practise, I've only had one reaction e-mail from the gallery. On June 28th Carmen wrote:

"Some people ask if you write the texts. Others expect to hear more."

It all depends on the quality of the whisper. Did you receive a silky whisper or a silly one? If it was silly, ask for the return of the exact sum you paid for the whisper.

The mediated version of yourself seems almost on the verge of becoming a ghost in the machine! Everytime I click on Click Opera, there you've been, hovering like a poststructuralist Tibetan monk hybrid over the detrius of first world culture, suggesting alternate caves and storm shelters to weather a "Left Behind"-like end times scenario. Your world of green tea and stillness, crimelessness and art. Suppose I won the lottery and offered you enough money to establish an island nation in the south Indian Ocean, Tristan de Cunha-style... would you take me up on it?

On reading these bon mots I felt inspired to boost up the Dashboard version of Eno's Oblique Strategies, which seems to channel a similar feeling. One of immanent and yet deferred significance, nagging importance born of achingly foggy logic, always slightly mis-overheard. Which is rather pleasing ;-)
