Rusty Santos, just arrived on the overnight flight from New York via Munich, collapses on my sofa after a tofu and salmon lunch at the Smart Deli. "Wake me up in a few minutes," he says. From tomorrow until December 5th we'll be working each day, recording a new Momus album.

bowie, according to some people, is sort of a talent vampire. he seems to attach himself to somewhat new artists and use their ideas. like momus and rusty santos?
