Please don’t start me on the Elton John matter again.

PS – Herr McLaren is looking awfully old these days… or is it just that he’s standing next to you?

Do you know if this is the same 'Fashion Beast' McLaren commissioned Alan Moore to write -- and if so, has he salvaged portions of Moore's original script?

No, this show was strictly his Screen Tests, the short reels he shot of people dropping by his studio in the 60s. Not a single image of Warhol himself, no paintings, no wigs.

Now I am going to sing a song by The Plastics about wigs. It's called 'Back To Wigtown'. (Clears throat, begins to talk-sing):

this story is dedicated to new york
near woolworth... wigtown... woolworth... ahh
you're oriental and we're oriental, too
speaking in japanese each other is so strange
who is talking about somebody famous
words of meaning is
red, green, yellow, and blue
woolworth... wigtown... woolworth...
back to wigtown

back to wigtown
back to wigtown
